Smartthings Hub - Allows your diverse collection of smart products to speak the same wireless language so you can easily control them. My concern was not to get into a system that would have monthly ongoing subscription costs this system does not charge a monthly fee.

Presence Sensor - lets you receive updates about a person, pet, or object's location.

Multi Sensor - can detect movement as in open/close, vibration, orientation or angle, and temperature all in one.

Motion Sensor - lets you know when movement is detected in a certain area of your home and can trigger different actions in response to that movement. Set lights to turn on and off as you come and go.

Kwikset Deadbolt - based on Z-Wave tech it connects to the Smarthub to lock and unlock my door when I arive and leave.

TCP hub with TCP light bulbs - set up with IFTTT to check the weathe, sunset and sunrise online and sets the lights on or off and degree of brightness.
